Recipe

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the breast.
  2. Cook it with duck fat, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper at 58 degrees for 2 hours.
  3. Then fry the breast from the skin side.
  4. Prepare the caramelized grapes in the pan.
  5. Fry the oyster mushroom and leek in a pan.
