Preparation:
- Prepare the pork loin.
- Stuff with dried tomatoes, black olives, oregano and garlic.
- Cook the pork at 62 degrees for 2 hours, then fry in duck fat.
- Marinate the courgettes in the vinegar marinade in the meantime.
- Grill the zucchini and tomatoes.
- Serve the pork chop with grilled vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
