Recipe
Preparation:
- Prepare the octopus.
- Cook it with garlic, thyme and lime at 85 degrees for 5 hours.
- Then fry in duck fat with garlic.
- Prepare a tomato paste with the cherry tomatoes. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and put them in the pot. Boil them, then blend them.
- Cook black lentils with lemongrass and kaffir leaf. They will give it a beautiful aroma.
- Grill the yellow tomato and a bunch of cherry tomatoes.
